Whoa! Year THREE of FebCleanse is happening! Who'd have thought that we'd be interested in this still? I surely didn't. But yes, we're planning on doing the cleanse again during the whole month of February. So keep an eye out here for recipes, stories, and hopefully some support. Let me know if you're going to be cleansing too because we can eat meals together.
For those who might be new to this. Here are the basic rules...
Don't eat/drink:
1. Gluten
2. Dairy
3. Alcohol
4. Caffein
5. Added sugars
6. Processed foods
Easy peasy right? Trust me, it's gotten easier over the years. We've definitely changed the way we eat since we started doing this in 2012. If you need some help getting started, I've been saving lots of recipes here:

ReplyDeleteHello! I've been running a "February Cleanse" at the yoga studio where I teach for the last couple of years. We basically follow Dr Joshi's Holistic Detox with some modifications.
